Our DPD partnership provides an enhanced next day, fully tracked Diamond Drill delivery service with e-mail and text notifications keeping you constantly updated.
Even when Diamond drilling products are substantial in weight, HDP has worked hard to reduce costs to a minimum. You can also benefit from free next day delivery to mainland UK when your order is over £750. Should you order a Diamond Core Barrel over 400mm in diameter or Diamond Blades over 1000mm, then 50% discounts will be applied to delivery charges for any orders over £2,000.
Any stock item ordered before 3pm will be sent out the next day. This can be delivered before 12pm or 10:30pm. Additionally, we also provide next day delivery for any bespoke Diamond drilling products and orders for five drills or less, so long as these get placed before 2pm. As always, if we can, we will! Simply contact our office directly and we’ll find a way to drill through any barriers you might face.
Please let us know if you want to return an item. Simply keep the item and the original box or repackage this before we arrange a collection. If you receive damaged items, we will send out a replacement and provide you with a refund. Items returned after 14 days may incur a 10% restocking fee at the discretion of our management team. This applies to items which are in sold conditions, the packaging is damaged or if the product has been used. Further reductions may apply depending on the scale.

Our sales reps can collect your used barrels from you whenever they’re in the same area, however this service may take longer during busier periods. If time is of the essence, simply box up your Diamond Core Drill Barrels, provide us with your dimensions and weight, so we can arrange DPD to collect them from you. Alternatively, you can use your own courier, and we will let you know as soon as we receive them. If you return them to us we will send them back to you free of charge.
We also sell and export outside of the UK, offering goods on an Ex Works, FOB or FCA basis depending on your requirements.
