Established in 1990, Hertfordshire Diamond Products Manufacture / Re-Tip / Sell the highest quality Diamond Core Drills and Blades in the UK. HDP was formed by a dedicated workforce boasting 15-years’ experience in Diamond Drilling, Cutting and Sawing contracting. Using this healthy blend of industry knowledge & experience, we had the simple aim of providing quality Diamond Drills and Diamond Blades at the most competitive prices possible. We strive for 100% customer satisfaction every single time, and it’s this ethos which has seen us grow into one of the leading producers of Diamond Drilling products across the entire UK.
Further growth took place in 2005, where we became associated with the Arix Diamond range, the worlds first diamond segments with Auto Array technology to individually place the diamond grits within the bond, invented and developed by Shinhan Diamond in South Korea. Highly regarded by industry professionals, these are the most technically advanced products available. We’re therefore hugely proud to be the only UK supplier offering Arix Diamond for wall saws, floor saw blades, core drills and wire.
In 2019, after 29 years of success, company founders, Colin and Sally decided it was time to retire. After informing our main supplier, Shinhan Diamond, they quickly acted in purchasing HDP to add to their already flourishing portfolio. They saw great potential for growth by working alongside our team in the UK and across Europe. This expansion is moving along rapidly and will continue to do so with further investment.
We also have the widest in-house selection for Diamond Core Drill Barrels in the UK and Tube to be able to multiple lengths. This ensures every barrel can be manufactured for specific measurements, with your choice of diamond segment to best suit each individual project. These are available anywhere in the country with next-day delivery if ordered before 4pm. Heading into the future, we aim to take advantage of brand new developments, in 2019 the introduction of Generation 2 Arix Core Drill Segments and it’s rooftop design which comes with a hugely beneficial 12mm height, The turbo channeled Arix X in 2022, Duel Pointed Turbo Dry XDP Segment in 2023 along with the fastest cutting segment yet, ARIX+. 2024 We introduced Hycon Hydraulic equipment, the brand new ARIX X Floor Saw range and Professional Hand Saw Range STAR+. 2025 promises yet more innovation with a new ECO range of Diamond Tools to be launched and other exciting pattern pending products.
